SHIPPING POLICIES
How soon will my order ship?
Once we receive your fully paid order, your order will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.
What if an item is unavailable at the time of shipping?
You will be notified if this is the case. Currently we are not back ordering. If you'd still like to order that particular item when it is back in stock, we would ask that you go through the steps to place an order for the item again.
Where is the order being shipping from?
Unless specified differently, all orders will be shipped from our The Village at Park Royal location in West Vancouver, BC, Canada.
What are my delivery options?
We offer shipping through FedEx and Canada Post. During the checkout process, you will come across shipping options for your particular order, providing a rate comparison. If you are in the West Vancouver area, and prefer to pick up your order at our store location, this is an option as well. You can choose this option during the checkout process.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and now Debit Online.
I'm placing my order as a gift. Can I choose to ship my order to the recipient's address, rather than my own?
Yes! As you are filling out the Billing and Shipping Address during the checkout process, choose the Alternate Shipping Address option.

Who did the photography on your site?
cedar+gray is responsible for almost all of the photos on our website. cedar+gray is a West Coast creative services studio with a passion for all things visual. Whether it's a great design or photograph, cedar+gray brings to the table a thoughtful approach and a keen eye, and offers beautiful visual counterparts to your project. We thoroughly enjoyed partnering with cedar+gray--they were fun to work with, extremely reliable, and we are thrilled with the results.
How long has Zing been in business?
We opened our first store and design studio in Coal Harbour in March, 2004.
What are your Returns & Exchanges Policies?
Retail Items: Whether making a purchase in person or online, you have 14 days to make an exchange, or return for a full refund or credit. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase. However, if you purchase a product that is defective (which of course we hope does not happen), please contact us.
Customized Stationery: Once a project has been printed, it is final sale. Of course, if it is an error on our end, we will make every effort to correct the situation. If for some reason you need to cancel your order before printing has taken place, any deposit is non-refundable; the remaining portion can potentially be refunded depending on how much of the process has taken place. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Do you offer environmentally friendly products?
We believe that even the smallest of steps can add up to help make a difference. At Zing we make great effort to conduct business responsibly, and to produce and carry products that are respectful of our environment. Papers being recyclable and containing recycled content are just a part of it. You would be amazed at the wonderful options ... beautiful metallics, cool colours & textures--so much more than just brown flecked kraft paper! For printing projects, we have sourced inks that are earth-friendly. Zing is a part of a recycling program that ensures proper disposal of offcuts and other unused items, in addition to the donation of offcut stocks to those who re-purpose the paper into new artistic creations.
